SHIPPING POLICY
At Qalam and Quill, we are committed to delivering your luxury stationery with care and efficiency. We offer reliable shipping services to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition and as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, and you will receive a tracking number once your package has been dispatched. We offer free UK delivery on all purchases. Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping as of yet however we aim to include this feature in the future. We apologise for any inconveniences caused. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Qalam and Quill, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy. Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure the items are unused and in good condition. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. To start a return, simply email info@qalamandquill with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the process. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return is received safely. Refunds will be issued once the returned items are inspected and approved and may take 3-5 business days to arrive in your bank account once we have processed your return.
